Hi, I'm Tiffany!
I developed a passion for nutrition at a young age, helping my grandmother prepare homemade meals is a fond memory and partially responsible for my motivation. I was overweight at a young age which lead to depression and an eating disorder as a teenager. As a young adult, I struggled with joint pain, fatigue, digestive issues, and brain fog as well. I was able to overcome all of this with proper nutrition and holistic practices! The amazing changes I made with my own health, encouraged me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association, so I could change the health of others as well!
The combination of a poor diet, inadequate sleep, and increased stress in today's society sets the stage for an array of chronic health issues. Other dysfunctions include, digestive issues, food sensitivities, skin problems, fatigue, joint pain, poor mood/mental health, weight gain, headaches, brain fog, and the list goes on and on.
